At FarmHouse Fresh, we want you to love your spa-grown botanical skincare as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate your request and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a pre-paid USPS or UPS shipping label will be emailed to you; simply print it out and securely package your items in their original boxes.
Ship It Back
Affix the return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original components are included.
Receive Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any shipping fees.
